Who We Are
For more than a century, coalfield communities in southwestern Pennsylvania have been forced to find creative solutions to survive corporate pollution. Coalfield Justice Action works to protect public and environmental health by holding corporate polluters accountable and ensuring our elected officials listen to the people who live in communities impacted by fossil fuel extraction and use.
Regardless of their political party, we endorse candidates who understand the importance of community-led solutions for a healthy environment and thriving economy.
